Paul has been programming since he completed his degree in Chemistry and Business. From his roots as a programmer, Paul has built a successful business around his skills. His role has developed over the years but he is always excited to get stuck into some programming.

Martin Cripps
Martin Cripps

Head of Technological Development

On graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Martin's first job was as a trainee programmer and has been in IT ever since. From mainframe to PC, then on web developments, Martin has worked on all aspects of the project development life-cycle. Be it Project Management, requirements gathering, system architecture, development or testing he has done it all. Although never happier than being head down solving some development problem, he prides himself on his customer focus, ensuring the business requirements are understood and the client gets what they need.

Alex has a deep seated passion for the healthcare sector having worked within it all his career. After working in medical resourcing he set up a successful boutique medical recruitment business in 2011, heading it up for over 5 years. Alex has an MBA with distinction from Ashridge Business School and thrives in solving complex client problems.
